Our Policies
-
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is that I accept any returns with the customer covering return shipping on their end as long as the product isn’t a custom job; custom cut name, product or item that I am able to sell to someone else in all cases but orders over a certain purchase price are also unable to be refunded due to cost of materials and time in making the products; all orders for $150 or more. I also do not allow returns on services as there is nothing to return once said service is rendered.Once return is received I will refund customer within 3-5 days of product being returned. I will send email with information on refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our items within 3-5 days from purchase date unless purchased item(s) is caught up in a delay such as client not responding to any emails on custom orders or perhaps there is a delay in items I must order to make product. If there is a delay I will be in contact with customer to inform about delay and get shipped ASAP and provide new date and information.
Once item is shipped I can give tracking number and provide information on shipment. Once sent the time will depend greatly upon the service of the USPS.
Items under 1 lb and less than 12" are a $5.00 shipping fee. Items over 1 lb or larger than 13"will require a higher shipping charge and be based upon USPS shipping rates. You can easily look up shipping charges on the USPS website if you are concerned about costs.
In most cases, if item is already made I send out on day 1-2, custom orders take time and depend greatly on the response of the client & availability of materials. The faster you respond the faster your item will ship.
I ship internationally and am not responsible for customs, tariffs or fees when shipping out of the country. That will fall upon the client that orders product and them researching stated fees and the policy of said items(s) being shipped to them.
I currently do not offer refunds due to item being damaged in transit from shipping. I do my best to protect items when shipping and to be sure they are send in the best possible way to protect items. Paper items come in poly bags for extra protection against water, posters are mailed in tubes, breakable items are mailed in bubble wrap or papers for cushion.
Digital Downloads are emailed to customer following purchase and are available for use right away.

Refund policy
Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read service description before making a purchase.
Physical Items, Digital Items & Services
For Services, I offer a 50% pay before work begins and 50% after work is completed (before items are delivered). If you are unhappy with your services, you will not have to pay the remaining half of the service charge. But, you surrender any of the work that has thus far taken place as well.
For Physical Items, I only give refunds if my item arrives broken, not usable or damaged and the request needs to come within 3 days of product arrival. If you are rough with an item and it brakes, I do not give refunds for said items. Most of my work in delicate and breakable, how you treat it depends greatly on how it lasts. Therefore I cannot give refunds on items you have had and I don't know how they've been treated. (If you're magnetic item looses it's magnets after rough treatment - I do sell adjustment kits in my shop for fixing yourself.)
Digital Downloads are a pay now and download. So, I am unable to give any type of refund on these as you already have them download. Please read carefully on the items listing description so you know if you can use it upon purchase. This part is your responsibility and once download is complete the purchase is permanent & no refunds can be given.

If you find anything on my website questionable or inaccurate I would appreciate you letting me know in email, contact page. I make all my own content and want to be sure all my items are accurately described & used. From time to time I make things with Public Domain images and if I have an item being used that isn’t under Public Domain - I would appreciate being contacted about it so it can be removed or edited to meet any copyright requirements.
